WIN BIG SUPER BOWL PROMOTION
Win Big Super Bowl Promotion
As a lead member (of a team of 6) in the development of the successful campaign, I created the graphics and various design elements for the first ever Win Big Super Bowl Promotion. Designed to increase traffic to five of our various dining facilities, for every $5 a customer spent at a designated facility, they received a scratch-off card – which revealed to them an instant prize, a grand prize entry (chance to win tickets to the super bowl) or a ‘Sack.’ The campaign lasted three months, and the graphics I developed branded the event, which is essential in communicating with the audience. 50 big ticket items were won (Flat screen TVs, Go Pro Cameras, Apple TVs, Bose Stereo, PS4 Game System, etc.); hundreds of small prizes were awarded and the drawing for the grand prize for a Trip for Two to the Super Bowl, had nearly 40,000 entries. The total value of all the prizes together was $48,000. The actual drawing for the grand prize was done live on AFN the Eagle Radio broadcast on January 7, 2015. Facilities reported an increase in higher earnings during the campaign of 12% I created 30 individual graphics for the promotion, as well as coordinated the use of the graphic branding of the promotion with the video production that advertised the campaign to the community through YouTube and the Stuttgart Family, MWR website. In addition, I was a lead member of the team to create a “kick-off tailgate” party - which took place the first day of the NFL Football Season last fall at our Patch Community Club dining facility. This opportunity allowed us to showcase the promotion, and initiate excitement for watching NFL games at the BackLot bar located in the Patch Community Club on Patch Barracks. Games including our custom "Football Throw" and Corn Hole Toss, prizes, live DJ music and food and fun were had by over 400 people, including families, that showed up in NFL jerseys and participated in this first-ever fun-filled event. The PCC made over $1600 during the 2 hour event and our customers walked away with smiles on their faces. |
